Hours only — dollar amounts are never shown here.

Announcements

  • Timecards due by the 3rd

Submit your semi-monthly card by end of day on the 3rd. Cards lock on submit — if something is wrong after that, use the edit request button rather than starting a new card.

  • New transit voucher partner

The county transit program now accepts direct referrals from our barrier plans. Use the Transportation category so it lands in the right queue.

  • Q3 documentation audit starts Monday

Supervisors will review a sample of visit notes from the last 60 days. Make sure your activities and next-steps fields are filled in — those are the two the completeness score reads.

My Consumers Coming soon

Your assigned consumers will appear here once case management is enabled.

My Referrals Coming soon

Referrals assigned to you will appear here once the referral module is enabled.

Messages Coming soon

Internal messages and notifications will appear here once the messaging system is enabled.

Performance Metrics Coming soon

Your activity and outcome metrics will appear here in a later release.

What you’re looking at

A staff member’s personal home screen. Every section is scoped to the one csw_staff record linked to their user account — a CHW, a supervisor and an owner each land here and see only their own data. There is no cross-staff view on this screen.

On this screen you can

  • Read compliance alerts — credential-expiration reminders raised for this person, pulled from the notification log
  • Check training status, with their records bucketed into completed, due, expired and upcoming
  • Read org-wide announcements
  • See billing status for the current pay period — timecard state and total hours
  • Jump to their profile, consumers, training and compliance through the colour-coded action buttons

Enforced server-side

  • No dollar figure appears anywhere on this screen — billing status is hours-only
  • Sections whose modules ship later render as labelled “coming soon” empty states rather than faked data
  • An account not yet linked to a staff profile gets a “contact your administrator” notice, not a blank screen

In this demo you’re watching the screen as Alicia Barrett — Community Health Worker, against a fictional organization of 6 staff and 15 consumers. Signing in with a different role changes what renders — that scoping is the product, not a demo trick.
