What you’re looking at

Where a staff member assembles and submits their own semi-monthly timecard. Line entries can be tied to a proof-of-service record chosen from that person’s own dated visits inside the period, so hours trace back to documented work rather than memory.

On this screen you can

  • Pick a pay period — 1st–15th and 16th–end of month by default, and filterable
  • Add line entries with date, hours, description and an optional linked visit as proof of service
  • Submit the card, which locks it to further staff edits
  • Download an hours-only PDF once submitted
  • Raise an edit request against a locked card instead of starting a second one

Enforced server-side

  • No rate and no dollar figure is shown, returned or printed here or in the PDF — this screen reads through a money-free data path and never calls the billing calculator
  • Ownership is re-checked server-side on every add, delete and submit, so a forged request against someone else’s card is rejected even though the interface never offered the control
  • The with-dollars view lives in the admin, gated to the billing-math capability

In this demo you’re watching the screen as Alicia Barrett — Community Health Worker, against a fictional organization of 6 staff and 15 consumers. Signing in with a different role changes what renders — that scoping is the product, not a demo trick.
